Speakman, Riethmuller, & Allison is now in its fourth decade of providing legal services to individuals, families and small businesses. SRA provides services to clients in Washington, Greene and Allegheny Counties, including: corporate, business and partnership matters, wills, trusts and estate planning, litigation, estate administration, divorce and family law, real estate, business planning, business litigation, litigation in connection with real estate, personal injury litigation, debt collection, Orphans' Court litigation and appellate work. The members of the firm have experience conducting conservatorships, receiverships, liquidations of large estates and businesses and as hearing officers.
The firm was established by William E. Speakman, in 1979. Mark S. Riethmuller joined the firm in 1984, & William T. Allison, Jr. joined in 1997. Brian V. Gorman is the newest member of the firm, joining as an associate in 2010
